So tonight I was perusing my photos on my phone and thought I would share some
photos with you that are a sample of my blessed life:

My work

Yes, I know hard to believe but I teach an 8th grade science class in the mornings. This crew is part of my class. Yes....that is me in the striped shirt with the goggles :)
It was our first day in labs for the month of April.
This crazy one is the student who took the photo of me and some students.
What is it with the selfies! You hand them a phone and a selfie becomes a "must".
I have often left my phone on my desk only to come back and find a slew of crazy selfies.
Here is one of my daughter and her friend.

I found my phone last week with dozens of selfies of  these two. I  thought a great way to
celebrate their creativity is to choose the craziest one and post on Facebook.
Which is what I did here: crazy selfie post
for all to see.......hee hee hee evil genius that I am.

I also teach a Bible class. Here is some of my class on a spirit day at school.
The day was "Future Dream Job" day
Um....can you tell me what they are?  What is their future dream job?
I thought for sure, super heroes...right??
There is Batman, Captain American, Spiderman.
But no... They were bank robbers?! What's up with that?
In their defense... they truly are fine young men, and they have a great sense of fun which was obviously displayed by their creative demonstration of humorous "dress up".

This young men came bursting into my Bible class two weeks ago jumping for joy.
He was so excited because he got a higher score on his science quiz than the smartest girl in his class.
 Yes, Cooper you did it!
And to rejoice with him in his accomplishment I took a photo and launched it on Instagram.
Random joys of being a teacher.......

My work continued:
I also work at a local middle school where I oversee programs for youth.
What makes my job are the young people that I meet.
I can't post photos of my students due to privacy but I can post a photo of a trio of girls that came to visit me in my home last week.

Two of these girls graduated from high school last year and one of them is graduating this year.
They are representative of the beautiful lives that I have the privilege to know.
Recently someone mentioned to me, "Cindy, I admire your work"
I know they meant well when they said it, but really that statement is not a reflection of me.

It is not is my life.
